HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - A910g
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer is not printing correctly. It either prints completely blank or extremely light to where you can read anything on the page. Anybody know how to fix? Paper and ink have been replaced.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus E-All-In-One Printer - A910g wherein it either prints completely blank or extremely light.

 

This issue could occur if the printhead has expired or defective.

 

Please follow the steps in the HP document for this issue from this link
