This printer is not even 2 years old I have been trying to print important documents over the last few months and all I am getting is blank pages. I have done all of the trouble shooting and cleaning. I have changed out brand new cartridges and made sure everything is in sync but am still getting blank pages. Has anyone had the same issue and if so how do you resolve this? It’s ridiculous that it’s not even that only hand I’m having these issues.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
