When I print photos then my printer prints horizontal lines on the page from the top to the bottom. It does this on all pictures that I print

I am having the same issues many others are having with a half page of horizontal lines when copying or scanning.  It does not happen when printing.  I have tried all the recommend cleaning procedures with no success.

 

This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue via remote assistance as this could be a hardware issue, can someone help me.
