Product: HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw

Hello I have one of my office printers a HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP which is printing black lines randomly throughout the day.  It works normally sometimes but gives us issues at other time.  The printer has been reset from the control panel on the printer, but the issues persist.  I've found an old post where others have had same problems with this model printer.  That thread is closed, as it's an old thread.  Can anyone suggest any steps I should take to get this printer operating normally?
