Hi @PedroPilgrim

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

If your printer is printing a completely blank/empty sheet, the issue is usually related to the ink/toner, printhead, cartridge, or print settings.

Try these steps:

  • Check ink/toner levels in the HP App or printer control panel.
  • Remove and reinstall the ink/toner cartridges firmly.
  • If you use an inkjet printer, run Printhead Cleaning and then Printhead Alignment from HP App
  • Print a Print Quality/Diagnostic Report directly from the printer.
  • If the printer's own report is also blank, the problem is likely with the ink system, cartridge, or printhead.
  • If the report prints normally, the issue is more likely with the computer, driver, or document.
  • Try printing a different document or a Windows test page.
  • If possible, try printing from another device to determine whether the problem is printer-specific or computer-specific.

If you tell me the exact HP printer model (for example, HP DeskJet 2700, OfficeJet Pro 9015e, LaserJet M207, etc.), I can give you the exact troubleshooting steps and the relevant HP support document.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
