Product: HP Officejet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One Printer

 I have a HP Office jet Pro 8630 but is giving me a Printer Failure with the following message; There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off. If problem persist, contact HP.  I did my part but still have the same message, the problem is still there.
