I have a HP Envy Inspire 7220e All-in-one-Printer.
It was working fine, but ink levels low.
So installed new HP cartridges. Genuine new HP cartridges.
Since then the display just reads 'Validating - Please wait'.
I have disconnected the power supply, rebooted the computer etc lots of times with the same result.
I have even put the old cartridges back, and still get the same message. It was all working prior to taking these out.
I have discontinued instant ink some time ago. So that is not the issue.
The printer is only 10 months old.
Getting to end of my tether now. I am not sure how to reinstall the printer.
Before long I am going to get a new printer as this is going nowhere now.
