Product: HP PageWide Pro 577 MFP

When changing out an ink cartridge an error comes up on the screen "Older generation Cartridge that does not work with your printer". It is the same cartridge that we have always used and purchase. I contacted the company we buy our ink from and they said it is an HP issue. We buy the HP 972x cartridge. Also, recently we started having fuzzy documents printed, not sure if it is because of the low ink level (Magenta) that it won't print a clear document. Any advice would be great. Thank you!
