Help!!! I got this printer 3 years ago as a gift. I have never been able to use it because I couldn’t figure out how to print from my phone. I followed instructions but it never worked. Fast forward to now I bought a laptop and used the usb cord to connect printer to laptop. It successfully connected however when I go to print something it literally spits out blank paper. The job is brand new never been used because before now I couldn’t successfully install printer. Please someone help me? What am I doing wrong?

If the ink cartridges have been installed in the printer for 3 years ink dried and you only get blank pages out.

Thank you that's exactly what I said but was told ink don't dry out!
