Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 was printing in color and black, all cartridges have ink, yet it has stopped printing in color.

Since I had placed non HP cartridges and discovered  a paper jam with magenta ink all over it . I asked the online ink cartridge supplier were the refilled cartridges OK for my printer, yes he assured me! A mistake, I think?

can anyone please tell me if I have any hope with getting back to color printing or will I have to buy a new printer> I now Have Genuine HP cartridges fitted to my All in One printer. Thanks for your help
