Product: Hp envy 6022 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is new, I changed one ink cartridge all fine, when it needed a new ink cartridge the second time, the door will NOT OPEN! The printer is functioning, and printing, until I run out of ink?

Could you use a flashlight to see if there is anything stuck at the door?

Do you see any blinking lights?

 

If there is nothing stuck and you're still not able to open the door, please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
