Error message on my printer: "There is a problem with the printer or the ink system. Turn the printer off and on. Contact HP if the problem persists."
Have talked to an HP Support employee in January who could not solve the problem, so he promised that he would get a Danish speaking colleague to call me. It has not happened, however, so now I try here.
I have had the printhead out and disassembled / cleaned several times without success. Bought brand new, original printer cartridges and installed, but still no luck.
Any suggestions?

@Jac182, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print due to this error. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead errors
If the error persists, I'm afraid the printhead has gone bad.
Replacing the printhead may or may no resolve this issue. I recommend replacing the printer.
As the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
