Product: Deskjet 2635

I haven’t used my printer in a while.  Ink levels are fine but the black won’t print anything.  Blank pages come out.  What can I do to fix that?   Thanks in advance.

I understand that need to know that print black and white print will the color cartridge is also used.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report
