Product: HP Deskjet 3700

I cant get my printer to print any color other than blue and yellow. It prints yellow when its supposed to be red. I have done all the trouble shooting and cleaned the pods. It says all my levels on both cartridge's are full. PLEASE HELP

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
