Printing is gray and red when using high scale gray choice.

I always buy HP printers. This is the first time I've had problems with one from HP. Envy Photo All-in-one 7858.  I had it on high scale gray and it printed gray and red in text area.  If I select OFF, I get light gray text with red lines above text where yellow high light should be.  Must I use Normal print scale and not draft?

I believe that doing the below, helped me.  With regard to Office 2019.  Office document cache.  Close Word.  Restart Word. Then open a new blank document.  On the Review tab, select ALL MARKUP in the tracking group.  Select SHOW MARKUP, and then set balloons to show only comments and formatting in balance.  Use while open to open the problem document.

I put printing on Black Only and it seemed to work.

Today, I have text all in RED and the program will not allow me to change to black.  I give up.
