Hi @Coordon,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating it is when your HP Envy Photo 7155 prints blank pages, especially when ink levels seem fine. Let’s work together step by step to get printing smoothly again:

Likely Causes of Blank Pages

  1. Clogged Printheads or Nozzles
  2. Cartridge Alignment or Installation Issues
  3. Driver or Software Glitch

Fix Steps You Can Try

1. Check Ink Status & Reseat Cartridges

  • Open the HP app or printer display to check estimated ink levels.
  • Power off the printer, remove both cartridges, then reinsert firmly until they click into place.
  • Power on and test-print.

2. Run Printhead Cleaning via HP App

  1. In the HP app, select your printer, then go to Printer ToolboxPrint Quality ToolsClean Printhead.
  2. Follow prompts to complete a Level 1 clean.
  3. Print a diagnostic page; if it’s still blank or streaky, repeat with Level 2 cleaning.

3. Manual Cleaning (Optional)

If auto-cleaning fails:

  • Power off and open the cartridge access area.
  • Remove cartridges and gently clean their printhead nozzles and contacts using a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water.
  • Dry and reinstall cartridges.
  • Run the automatic cleaning one more time.

4. Power Cycle the Printer

  • Turn off and unplug the printer for 5 minutes; this clears internal errors.
  • Plug back in, power on, and try printing again.

5. Update/Reinstall Drivers (Windows) or HP App (Mac)

Quick Test Page

After trying cleaning or driver reinstall, print a diagnostic or test page to confirm if ink is flowing properly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
