It takes 5 minutes to print a document and a message keeps appearing that says 'Genuine HP cartridge(s) installed. Black - HP Vivera Inks work with HP printers to produce great results'
I click OK and 'In the future do not show this information' but the message window keeps appearing, over and over again. I can't make it go away. After several minutes the document finally prints but the message keeps appearing and I can't get rid of it.. Why is this happening?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting "Genuine HP cartridge(s) installed" messages, I am glad to assist you.
Perform a power reset, Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
