I have tried several yellow ink cartridges and have an error message = Supply System Problem.  Try replacing the ink cartridge affected by nothing fixes the error message.

When encountering a "Supply System Problem" error on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer, here are some steps you can follow to try and resolve the issue:

Turn the Printer Off and On:

  • Press the Power button to turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in.
  • Turn the printer back on.

Check Ink Cartridge Installation:

  • Ensure that all ink cartridges are properly installed.
  • Gently pull open the ink cartridge access door.
  • Remove the yellow ink cartridge by pushing it in to release it, and then pull it firmly toward you.
  • Confirm there are no obstructions or debris in the cartridge slot.
  • Insert the ink cartridge back into the slot and press firmly to ensure proper contact.
  • Close the ink cartridge access door.

Clean Ink Cartridge Contacts:

  • Turn off the printer and open the cartridge access door.
  • Remove the yellow ink cartridge.
  • Use a lint-free cloth to gently clean the electrical contacts on the cartridge.
  • Clean the corresponding contacts inside the printer.
  • Reinsert the cartridge and close the access door.

Use Original HP Ink Cartridges:

  • Ensure that you are using genuine HP ink cartridges.
