Hi everyone, hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am consistently getting sharp banding, streakiness and poor color balance when printing out images. My ink is nearly full. From the onboard maintenance, I've cleaned the cartridges multiple times, aligned cartridges, and cleaned smear. Some of the banding got better after cleaning the cartridges a couple times but that was as much benefit as I got. I have tried basic printer paper and glossy photo paper.
I feel like it wasn't always this bad but I have rarely had to print such saturated images. Attaching examples of some of the results I'm getting now (last one is digital file showing what the colors should have looked like in the 2nd one). Any idea? Thanks!attaching digital sample of what the 2nd one was supposed to look like

Hi @jbsh2546,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing a print quality issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a cartridge or printhead failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the replacement or service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
