Does the 3 year Protection Plan cover the replacement of print heads that get clogged and go bad?

To get the answer to this question, under the HP care pack warranty your printer will be eligible for any kind of repair or replacement. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP OfficeJet 6900 Printers - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues | HP® Custo... and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. (refer to Step 2: Clean the printhead)
