Product: HP Smart Tank 7002 All-in-One

My printer has black ink splattered everywhere. Cleaned it. Now it’s printing again. No idea what happened. But bought from Sam’s club and it says I have a 3 year protection plan and hp says it’s expired… how can I get help with fixing my printer?
