I was told by HP Support in these forms how to contact HP phone/chat support, followed their instructions, and put in an order for 910XL ink. I was sent a secure CC form, provided my CC information, and told the ink would arrive on Dec 3. Not only has the ink not arrived, but I never received an email confirming shipment. What is going on??? I can provide an order #, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be sharing that here.
