Hello, I am still not clear....I have a just set up an HP Envy Pro 6400 All-in-One Series ...and, I am offered a 6-month free trial with Instant Ink. I have registered both with HP123 and Instant Ink and all the information is there but no mention of the trial. I even followed a process and printed a page off with a Redeem Code which i entered and still no sign of the Free Trial. I signed up for Light Printing - 15 pages/ month. Does this mean I am not eligible? Should I sign up for another amount?
Also, the blue light on the WiFi and under the printer is on all the time. Should this turn off when not in use?
Thanks and Kind Regards,
Barry

The 15 page plan is a free plan so there is no need for a free trial. The only way to get the free trial is to sign up for a paid plan (50, 100, 300, etc). However, you would need to do this within 7 days of setting up the printer. If it's past the 7 days then the trial is not valid anymore.
Hope this helps.

Hi, I have bought the printer that comes with 4 months trial. I set it up today and subscribed to the light plan and then changed to the occasional plan later. However, I couldn't find my free trial either under my account/my plan or anywhere on the portal.

Hi, the light (15 page plan) does not come with a free trial as it is a free plan. Depending on when you switched will determine if you meet the rules for the free trial. I'll send you a private message to get your email so we can check on that.
Thanks,
JilSa

Hi,
I just bought the HP Envy 6020 (or 6000?), and I set it up, and signed up to Instant Ink on the same day. I also received a free month through the refer a friend promo code, however nowhere on my account does it state that I receive my 3 months free trial on instant ink as it does on the box. I chose the 50 page plan. On My Account/My Plan, it only states "Enjoy your free months" but not if this includes the free trial months or is only meaning the 1 free month through the promo code. It doesn't reflect this on My account history either (only shows the promo code). How can I verify my free trial?
Thanks,
Kristiina
