Hello, Had same problem.  Have installed the Scan and Capture and it works for scanning.  But the Solution Center also had other utilities, like ink level and alignment after installing new cartridges. Understand HP Smart offers many of the same but for strange reason, it does NOT find my printer and no way to manually enter it.  Strange that this worked with 'Scan and Capture' but not with NOT-SO-Smart.  Any comments or help

Did anyone find a solution to this, or an alternative download that does the same thing.
