I am hoping you can assist me, as well.  I purchased a 2 pack 952xl [black] from HP awhile ago, in fear that the product wouldn't be available when I needed to replenish.  Today I tried using one of the cartridges and the 8715 printer will not print due to older generation cartridge.  Can you help me get this up and running again?
