I have just installed M C Y genuine HP cartridges into my Officejet Pro 6960 and am continually getting the 'remove and install message for M & C' have rebooted and even tried the old cartridges but nothing is working and the printer just keeps repeating it has a cartridge problem. Help!

Hi. I have the same problem with my colour showing empty error. 

My visa card had expired so updated my account. day later my printer was ok

The colour cartridge was half full
