My HP Smart printer has stopped printing anything with a red or pink undertone or color. I have gone through the printer and followed all the steps to clean and realign the print heads, I have followed the steps to the clean the smear tab and the printer is updated. I have popped the Magenta cart out of the printer and made sure it was not clogged. Cart is fine. All carts are reading full and nothing is low on ink.  The only shades I can get out of my printer is black, gray, green tones and yellow. anything other than that and it does not work. Sometimes the black will turn green as well. I am at a loss at this point and do not know how to fix this problem. Virtual Assistant was zero help.
