@Bharatindu1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Red Color Printing Issues!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If the red color (magenta) is not printing correctly despite installing new genuine HP cartridges, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Use Genuine HP Cartridges
Ensure you are using genuine HP cartridges. Non-HP or refilled cartridges may not offer the same quality and can cause print issues.
Use an Automated Tool to Clean the Printheads
- Load plain white paper into the tray.
- On the printer control panel, touch Setup and then touch Tools.
- Select Clean Printheads.
- Wait while the printer completes the printhead cleaning process and then touch OK. You may need to clean the printheads more than once.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostics Page
Load plain white paper into the tray.
On the printer control panel, touch Setup and then touch Reports.
Touch Print Quality Report.
The Print Quality Diagnostics Page prints.
Identify the Problem Printhead
Review the Print Quality Diagnostics Page to determine which printhead to replace:
- If the red block has lines or streaks, it indicates a problem with the Black/Yellow printhead.
Replace the Printhead
Replace the identified problematic printhead. HP recommends not leaving the printhead outside the printer longer than 30 minutes to avoid damage.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
