OfficeJet 9012
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I just printed my first page with my new OfficeJet Pro 9012 and the main background colour of vibrant crimson red is printing a dull watermelon colour. Am I able to adjust the colours eg CMYK in the settings somewhere? I couldn't find it. I have a Mac.

You have an Officejet printer for office use, not professional.

If you want a printer that can produce better vibrant colours you need to get yourself a Photosmart printer, not an Officejet.

I live in Australia. Is it called something else here? I cannot find one that isn’t over 10 years old. And it is not on our HP website? Envy maybe?

If you need a photo printer then HP in's the best choice because HP doesn't produce those anymore.

It all depends on your needs if you print regularly for your business then you should invest in a photo printer.
