Hi,

I moved from the US to France and the ink cartridges are not compatible. How can I change my printer region to France so that I can buy the HP ink cartridges.

Hello @AmerInFrance , how are you ?

 

In this case, you will need to contact HP US and request that the printer be regionalized for your new country.

After that, it will recognize and function correctly.

Is there a way to contact any support from HP if the printer is out of warranty and I do not subscribe to any of HP's subscription services?
