Product: HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I’ve moved from the UK to the US and my HP Deskjet 2632 was using 304 ink but now needs 65 ink cartridges however I need help re regionalised the printer please now I have the correct cartridges

Hi @Scott238,

 

Welcome to HP Support Community!  

   

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.        

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.    

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
