I recently moved from the US to Europe and would need to do a regional reset for my printer. My printer continues to read "incompatible ink cartridges". I currently have HP Envy Photo 6252. In the US, my printer took HP 64 and I believe the equivalent is HP 303. What are the steps to perform the regional reset? Additionally, would the steps be the same when I need to do a regional reset when back stateside? Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Hi @mayje9,
I'd like to help!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Have you created your own thread? If so, one of the HP customer service representatives will help you with your regional reset. I wish I could be more help to you, but to my understanding, the regional reset steps are specific to your printer.
