Hello HP Community,
I recently moved from Singapore to India. In Singapore I was using HP Cartridge 67 but in India only the equivalent HP 805 is available. Will you be able to help with the reset codes. I have the set new regions window screen shot ready with the old cartridge on, which I can send to you.
I am using Windows 11 OS and printer model is HP deskjet 2723e AIO .
Can you help me out with that?

Please find the details requested:
Do you still have the ink cartridges for both regions : yes
Do you have a printer USB cable? : yes
Which OS is on the PC? Is it Windows or Mac? : Windows
Do you have the printer's full feature software and drivers installed on your PC? : yes
Please advise next steps to use 805 instead of 67.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you. Please note that HP Printers use different ink cartridges in different region and to use the ink cartridges sold in the current region, we need to change the region settings on the printer.
I request you to please get back to me with the following information, so that I can help you change the region settings on the printer.
Do you still have the ink cartridges for both regions
Do you have a printer USB cable?
Which OS is on the PC? Is it Windows or Mac?
Do you have the printer's full feature software and drivers installed on your PC?
