HI i have been using this printer for a while now ( HP deskjet 1515) i have been purchasing hp 650 cartridges, however in my region we have HP 678 cartridges and the dealer said it's compatible. Having installed the cartridge yesterday the printer keeps giving an incompatible error despite the packaging supporting the model. Please help me regionalize the printer as per the forum that what I detected the issue to be. Need your support as the printer is still in pristine condition.

What is the exact model of the printer?
Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
Did you move to a different country?
Region reset is done when the printer and the ink cartridges are from different regions.

The printer model is HP Desk jet - ink advantage 1515 (AIO) S/N: [Personal Information Removed], FPU No: B2L57-64001(Regulatory model number: SNPRB-1204-01)
I purchased this printer from Dubai along with a good supply of cartridges and moved back to Sri Lanka. However, now that my supply of cartridges is over the dealer in Sri Lanka gave me hp 678 cartridges, having installed it, the printer does not recognize the cartridges. Please help me region reset the printer as I have purchased two sets of cartridges already and it would be a shame to discard them as the printer itself is in pristine condition.
