Hi,
I am using Mac and installed HP app from App store. What details do you require to perform region reset for my HP ENVY 5530 printer? Please let me know, as I have moved to another country where Instant Ink subscription is not available and purchased new cartridges as per the support page compatibility list.

@skethi, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you would like to perform a region reset on the printer. However, you cannot use the Instant Ink cartridges in a different country.
You will have to re-enroll the printer in Instant Ink.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Not sure if you still have the issue... But I had it and the only channel who actually helped me out to solve it was Facebook HP Support. I posted the issue in FB Messenger and in few minutes a support agent engaged and stayed with me in the chat until we solved it ! I had to get a windows machine to do it, but it was worth it !
