I will be more than happy to help you out here.
To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.
2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.
4. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too.

Verifying plenty region reset cases here in the forum I saw 2 procedures to reset the printer.
I followed them, one was on main HP Software and the other one on HP Smart (both worked) and I could go to a window (as you can see above) that asks me a reset code (6 numbers) that is only provided by support personnel.
At the moment of the test we had all 4 cartridges from Brazil (954 XL), that's the new location, that's the one we would like to use.
Could you please tell me a valid code for it?
