I am still awaiting a resolution from HP, and still cannot believe I have to wait 3 weeks to get an expert answer. I have been with no printing for my business for 3 weeks, as you have not yet provided any solution despite all my messages, replies, screenshots, explanations, printer information, replies and escalations.
