I live in the Philippines and we have an old HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer, unfortunately, the cartridge is not working now for it has not been used for a long time. We looked for hp650 cartridges but we can't find one because it is not used here in the Philippines.. I've read here that hp678 also works for Hp3515 but I have to reset the region. Can someone tell me how to reset the region?
I really need help. Thank you.

@Andeng7, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
