Hi there,
Can you please help me please reset the region for my printer?
I ordered new toner cartridges from HP but now my printer states that those (exact same type and HP sku) are incompatible with my printer. I tried through the HP Smart app to change the region but that option is grayed out for me.
I appreciate your help thank you.

Thank you so very much for your reply and assistance. In reply to your questions:
I moved from the Netherlands to the US
My magenta toner cartridge ran out and I ordered a new one through hp.com and encountered this error.
My printer is connected wirelessly and I have the HP Smart app + drivers installed on my Windows 11 PC.
The printermodel is M477fdw (HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP)
