I’ve been advised to remove the ink from my printer as the will only replace the unit and not the ink ?
The tanks are all full ! How do I remove it to save buying all new ink cartridges? Thanks

Are you getting a new replacement printer from HP? If yes that replacement one should have new inks in bottles included.

Yes it’s still under warranty but they are replacing the printer but not the ink ?!
I was told by support it would be a reconditioned printer and I would need to “ syringe” the ink out of my printer ???? They would not be replacing the ink .

First you will receive a replacement printer, later you will receive shipping label for returning a defective printer. The replacement printer should include new ink bottles, it's close to impossible to syringe all the ink out. In a case you don't receive new ink the syringe is your way.

I also will be getting a replacement printer under warranty.  They specifically said I have to return my current printer First, before they will send the replacement.  They didn't say anything about the ink, but did say I should keep the power cord and any accessories.
