Last week I spent hours trying to solve a cartridge error message on a new cartridge sent to me through my $12.95 monthly plan.  I spoke to many technicians.  Finally I was told to return the printer to HP for replacement.  First I was told a box and label would be sent but that was changed to "package it yourself and use the on-line label at FedEx."  I followed the directions, packaged the printer and went to FedEx:  Receipt # BNOKK00219438 on January 30th.  Package dropped of FedEx Ground 888347011600.

 

Now I am receiving two messages from HP:  a new cartridge is on its way and I will receive the shipping box and label so I can send the printer back!!

 

Does anyone know the status of my returned printer and when the replacement will be shipped?
