Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm about to end my 6-mos. free startup cartridges with HP. These startup cartridges look larger than the 962 regular cartridges that I purchased . I do not have the 962XL new cartridges. Will the regular 962 replacement cartridges work or is there something that I have to remove in the printer  so that the replacement cartridges fit ?  Thank you. REP11

Yes, this printer is compatible with HP 962 regular and HP 962Xl ink cartridges in the US. You may use either of them.
