HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer

I cleaned the office jet pro 6970 Printer after a broken printerhead. 

When I cleaned the print head flush, a part felled out, and I can't locate where it belongs to. He must be in the vicinity of this flush. See pictures.

Thank you for any idea and help
