I purchased an HP DeskJet 1400e series printer new a few years ago. After replacing the ink cartridges I lost wireless connectivity, and then received an error. According to everything I found online the error means that I need set up cartridges… but I do not have setup cartridges. The printer will not complete initialization without them. I need replacement setup cartridges so I can finish first-time setup and use the printer.
I’ve tried chat, calling and speaking with AI and was disconnected while being transferred to a live agent.
