Product: Envy 6455
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

H P Envy 6455 All In One Printer. After I put the New cartridges in on the right hand side it says E . I am assuming it is an Error. I did not get any instructions and I watched the video but it doesn't tell me anything about the E. Can anyone tell me what to do? I am 89 years old and am trying to set it up by myself and not doing to good.

Hi,

The printer doesn't show an E only, it shows an E followed by a number, as listed under 'Error Codes on the control panel' below:

Please verify and let us know what exact error is shown, E0 as an example indicates a cartridge problem, what exact cartridge number have you installed if this might be the error?
