I joined the Instant Ink program, and my printer is having major issues, so I want to stop this Instant Ink program and join the All-In program and get a new printer and ink service.  What do I have to do so that I am not double enrolled and so that I am no longer paying for ink on a printer that doesn't work for me?

Hi @RodsBaby23,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To stop your current HP Instant Ink subscription and switch to the HP All-In Plan, follow these steps to ensure that you are not double-enrolled and to stop payments for your Instant Ink:

Cancel Instant Ink Subscription:

  • Log into your HP Instant Ink account.
  • Navigate to the "Manage Subscription" or "My Plan" section.
  • Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
  • Note that you will be billed for the final billing period, as Instant Ink charges apply until the end of your billing cycle.

Enrol in the HP All-In Plan:

  • Visit the HP Smart website.
  • Sign in with your credentials.
  • In the left menu, click on "HP All-In Plan".
  • Follow the instructions to select and enrol in a new plan that includes a printer and ink service. Ensure that you choose a model and plan that best meet your current needs.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
