Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 53X laser jet cartridge that was stored in cool temps for several years and when recently placed in service, now produces a 2" wide path of excess toner.  The page count is 238/6000.  Is there a way I can get a replacement 53x?

When the cartridge is replaced with the previous one the contamination on the fuser takes a few sheets to disappear.
