After a recent paper jam problem, I started getting multiple streaks across all my copies and scans. I've tried recalibrating and cleaning as much of the printer as I feel safe attempting. Now I need to get a pro to clean/assess whether this is an easy fix. My printer is an expensive all-in-one but it has been discontinued.
Would someplace like Best Buy's Geek Squad be fair or would they just try to sell me a new printer? Any recommendations or current YouTube suggestions are welcome. Thanks so much.

I understand you are facing print quality issues.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a cartridge/ printhead failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
