Hi,
As you can see in the picture attached, I have stripes along the page and some colors are missing.

*All the tuners are at least at 1/3 capacity, ( I replaced the black and it doesn't help).
*I cleaned up physically the writing head and the duplex module.
*I don't see any paper james.
*whenever I've tried to do the "3 LEVEL" writing head clean wizard, the printer stops after a couple of minutes with all the lights flickering, and it says something like: " failure - turn off the printer and then on".

What do you think I should do?
Thanks in advance.

That is a defective printbar, it's time for a new printer.

Thanks for your answer, are you sure? It didn't print a lot in it lifetime.

When I tried to run some wizards, the Paper jam wizard crashes and this message in the picture attached appear:
0x610000f2

I turn it off and on and the same message appear, maybe it a hint for some problem?
Thank you.
