Product: HP Envy 4527
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP envy 4527 has a new error on screen "Incompatible Cartridge" The cartridges are not intended for use with this printer? This suddenly happened (not on a cartridge replacement). Also cartridges are supplied directly by HP on monthly Ink plan. I have tried all the obvious fixes e.g. resetting, firmware update checks and cleaning the electric contacts. I saw the regional settings may be corrupted - Can anybody assist and explain how to change for this printer?

SOLVED: Not a region issue but a colour cartridge that had failed, discovered this by replacing cartridges one by one, HP customer support advice
